Advanced Aufguss Course

In this course we will dive deeper in aufguss rituals, This course is designed as a follow up from the basic-course. We’ll teach advanced waving moves going forward from the basics, to eventually throwing the towel. You’ll learn about the use of the Smoke ritual as an aromamethod. We work towards creating your own thematic aufguss ritual, which we will discuss together and give feedback and tips. We do this with a mix of waving lessons, presentations and creative assignments. Between the course days we will have a wellness evening filled with aufguss to wave or to enjoy.

A fun and valuable training! Sigrid is highly skilled and shares a variety of techniques in a clear and practical way. Things move fast at times, but with repetition and personal attention, it all comes together. I had a great experience — highly recommended!

Fantastic training with personal guidance, perfect for sauna masters looking to elevate their aufguss. The mirrored ballet studio location was a brilliant choice, and the follow-up materials made it easy to keep practicing.
