Advanced Aufguss Course

In this course we will dive deeper in Theme & Showaufguss, we’ll teach advanced waving moves, from the open towel, to two towels and eventually throwing the towel. You’ll learn about the use of the Smoke ritual as an aromamethod. This course works towards creating your own showaufguss ritual, which we will discuss together and give feedback and tips. We do this with a mix of waving lessons, presentations and creative assignments.

This course is guided by: Sigrid & Job, is English spoken (if all participants speak dutch the course will be given in dutch) and will focus on the following topics:

Modern & Advanced waving techniques
Two towel movements
Body awareness
Theory on combining aromas
Theory & use of the Smoke Ritual Aroma method
Theory on how to use storytelling to set the stage

What is the course Language?

Our courses are provided in English, unless everyone speaks dutch, then it will be dutch.

Do you prefer a dutch spoken course, let us know we will try to accommodate you.

Can I travel using public transport?

There is a train station in Emmerich, train from Arnhem or Dusseldorf (RE19) will stop there.

From there you can reach the location the following way:

Bus 94 towards: Emmerich ‘Gesundheitswohnpark’ and exit at the last stop. (15 minutes)
Bus Bem towards: or take bus ‘Bem’ and exit at the stop ‘Embricana’ for the trainingslocation or stop at ‘Gesundheitswohnpark’ for the Hotel. (22 minutes)
Bus 91 towards: ‘s-Heerenberg Molenpoort, exit at: ‘Emmerich Grabenstraße’ the remainder (20 minutes)
Walk: ~25 minutes

Are you flying in?

Land at:

Schiphol Airport (AMS) -> Take Intercity train to Arnhem, switch to train RE19 towards dusseldorf exit at Emmerich Bahnhof (~110 minutes)
Dusseldorf airport (DUS) -> get to the bahnhof using the skytrain, board the RE19 train towards Arnhem, exit at Emmerich Bahnhof (~90 minutes)

Are there Hotels nearby?

Hotel options are included, prices are shown, choose your perfect stay. If you stay for 2 or 3 days you also get access to the spa on Sunday evening.
If you wish to share an hotel room, just book one entry with the hotel room and one without, let me know in the checkout you’d like to share the room.

What if I can't make it?

You may cancel your reservation with a full refund up to one month in advance. If you cancel later than that, the advance payment is non-refundable, as we may not be able to find a replacement on short notice. However, you will not be required to pay the remaining balance for the course.

It really depends on your goals and experience, if you are still unsure you may always contact us for a chat, much easier to help you!

Can I park easily?

Our locations have easy and free parking access. We will send you detailed directions one weeks in advance

What do I need to bring to the training?

Comfortable clothing, there is a dressing room available. Also bring a snack or lunch if desired. We’ll usually provide a variety of hot/cold drinks. Bring your preferred waving towel, we also bring towels to use.

Do I get a certificate?

For our two-day courses we give certificates, during our courses you are given some assignments, non are graded, its more about free flowing creativity and brainstorming together to learn.

Use this certificate as proof of motivation and development when finding an aufguss Job, you may submit us as reference.
